ClarkScloud is intended to be a hosting mechanism for a digital community where

individuals who access the website can be free of Big Brother or Big Corporate

watching every move and tracking your navigation. It is intended to be a safe space where one can communicate and connect where facts are not disputed, but opinions can differ with civility.

One’s data is stored and accessed only by ClarkScloud to verify identity not to be used for commercial reasons. There will be no algorithms to suggest your interests. Navigation will be dictated by your interest, your curiosity, and your open-mindedness. If you are interested in ClarkScloud as it develops, leave your name and email address. In the initial phase of ClarkScloud, there is no interaction but just information about ClarkScloud and its founder, JC* just Clark. He is financing this phase, and there will be a mechanism to add your name if such a site interests you. You would then be notified of future phases of implementation.

Subsequent phases, the individual must be verified as a human; hence no bots; and verification of personal identification will include one’s name, username, location and contact information such as email address. This data will not be provided to anyone including businesses or organizations that would like to buy/access your data to sell or manipulate you.

Functionality will be increased in phases. Phase one is informational of the founder of the digital community, ClarkScloud. He is JC* just Clark. This phase will feature a webpage with information and videos about JC* just Clark.

Future phases will depend on the ability to acquire additional funds to build the app. The concept is for individuals to be able to read and post ideas, but reaction to ideas must be civil. Differences of opinion are expected, but respect and tolerance of someone else's opinion is mandatory. One can agree to disagree but insults and diminishing someone else’s opinion will be deleted. And users who abuse will be deleted.

Individuals when verified can post as a username, but ClarkScloud will be the only one who can identify the individual. Originally monitored by JC* just Clark, that function will be given to other designated users to identify and implement the civility rule. The concept is that subscribers will outline the policy and rules. And feedback from subscribers will influence future design aspects.

There will always be a free subscription. But there will be a subscription fee for users to utilize the additional features of ClarkScloud. But the levels of access will determine capability and functionality.

Providing these functionalities such as posting an idea or reacting to a current post as well as being able to connect with other subscribers will be the future.
